Our learning path is structured into several stages, providing a step-by-step approach to gaining in-depth knowledge in SAP Consulting. By participating in this program, you will have the opportunity to:
- Immerse yourself in SAP's ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
- Explore core business processes such as Financial Accounting & Controlling, Material Management, Sales & Distribution, and many others.
Upon completing the program, you will acquire market-oriented soft and hard skills that you can apply in our company or elsewhere in the IT industry.

Training process
The program consists of three stages:
- Over a period of ~2 weeks, you will have access to a Learn course that includes theoretical materials. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in evening introductory webinars three times a week, each lasting for three hours.
- If you pass a technical quiz and interview with a recruiter, we will invite you to the next stage. It usually has a duration of ~2 months and features evening webinars lasting three hours, which are conducted three times per week. You will gain access to the SAP S/4HANA system, be assigned practical tasks and have the opportunity to participate in regular Q&A sessions with mentors.
- Based on your progress, you can continue your path at our SAP Lab. It usually lasts ~2-4 months, depending on your weekly engagement and involves working on an individual project within a chosen direction.
What is required for training:
- English speaking level from Intermediate (B1) and higher
- IT or economic / logistic / accounting experience and/or education
- Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
How to get started?
- Register on this page by August 12. Once you fill in all the required fields and attach the CV, you will find the confirmation with more details in your mailbox or notifications tab.
- Take an English test available in your profile. You should complete it within 5 days after your registration and reach the B1 (Intermediate) level result to proceed.
- Receive an invitation to the program. We will inform you of the enrollment results and share further instructions for your learning journey if you are admitted.

- You will have interim testing and interviews with a recruiter between training stages, so be prepared to showcase your knowledge and skills.
